I ended up having a machine shop grind down the washer so it fit, and I got the pulley started on the shaft and just tightened the main bolt and it went on fine. I also had to make my own timing mark. I'm very happy with the feel of my Z though, it will be worth it in the long run. Not really that much of a hassle when you consider some of the other Z product install problems, lol. I did call Tim at Fisher Concepts and he said he was going to start putting a timing mark on all drive pulleys from now on. He was pretty decent to deal with. Jeff
